I have to take a few minutes and express the amazing facility that this center is. I pray it remains in business for year and years to come! It has been such a blessing to me this year. I am so thankful for being able to find this place. It is definitely a very amazing place with people that come from all walks of life. I feel so thankful to have found The Phoenix. I am amazed by all of the amazing therapists and amazing employees that work there. Bless their amazing hearts! The only thing that I will even mention that may be a downfall for them is sometimes if you need any extra paperwork throughout your treatment for court or anything it can sometimes take extra time and I highly recommend that you give them friendly reminders through phone, emails, friendly reminders at the front desk, etc. anyways thank you to the phoenix I know that I will keep them on a list of resources if I ever need a little extra help again! Way to be Phoenix and staff! 🧡

I can't say enough good things about Phoenix Recovery Center. During one of the most difficult times for our family, everyone treated us with such kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to listen, answer our questions, and truly made us feel supported every step of the way. A special thank you to Gillian, who went above and beyond with her genuine care, patience, and professionalism. She made an incredibly stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming, and her kindness will never be forgotten. We are so grateful for the support and exceptional care we received. The Phoenix has saved my life. My sobriety and recovery wouldn't have been possible with out the awesome people. Staff really makes it a really safe and amazing recovery treatment environment. I visited The Phoenix a couple of months ago, and was so impressed with the welcoming staff, warmth of their greeting, the impressive workout room with full pickleball court (wow!), and an overall feeling of being "home". I was fortunate enough to speak and perform for an event for the staff. I didn't see the entire facility, but what I saw made an impression on me that this was built out of love, purpose, and mission, and truly helps people. I was surprised to learn people live there! It is a full-service, world-class facility, with the best of the best working there, as I have met them and they are amazing, always keeping The Promise to all. Highly recommend The Phoenix.

I was in a tough spot, the kind of spot that causes many to relapse - I was required by parole to receive treatment and if I didn’t get in somewhere, I was going to be sent back to prison. I was out of options and literally considering absconding or suicide, No preference of one over the other. I came into contact with Kyle over at admissions and this man went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, more so than anyone has in my life for a very long time. They found the treatment options that were relevant for my specific situation and really, truly, genuinely, to say it simply saved my life. Shout out to you man, you gave me a second chance at life. Shout out to Sammie also, you’re amazing and I am so very grateful for you’re compassion. I highly recommend this recovery center. They are compassionate and trauma informed. The process of admissions isn’t intrusive and they are very compassionate in their approach. They will help you find the best option for your addiction and or mental health issues. Tap in! They sometimes visit my work to network and honestly always are really nice and don’t make us feel pressured to use them, which I think is rare to find. Based on my positive interactions I would recommend giving this place a try 👍🏼

The Phoenix saved my life, and I'm not exaggerating. At the beginning of my treatment I was suicidal, apathetic, and rating my depression severity as a 9/10. I went through IOP and PHP and by the end (5 months later) I was happier than I'd ever been, reporting no suicidal ideation and rating my depression severity as a 1/10. Of course - it required self-discipline and hard work on my part, but I couldn't have done it without the amazing staff at the Phoenix. Stacy, Michelle, Jess, Jake, Alisiah, Edward, and Marielle all made recovery easier for me. Danielle Glover was my individual therapist and she was amazing. very compassionate and understanding and taught me things that changed my life. If you are seeking treatment for mental health the Phoenix is a GREAT place!
