Lucas Robinson, APRNMedical Director

    Lucas attended Snow College prior to transferring to Weber State where he received his RN and BSN in 2016. He spent three years working at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden on the adult behavioral health unit caring for patients with a variety of mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder, eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, and more. He then began working as an ICU nurse and covered a variety of specialties including Shock/Trauma ICU, Respiratory ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Thoracic ICU, Neurocritical ICU, and Med/Surg ICU.

    In 2019 he received his Master of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with an emphasis in Family Medicine from The University of Cincinnati. He is currently board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as an FNP-C and also licensed by the DEA to prescribe buprenorphine to patients struggling with addiction.

    Lucas is extremely excited to be with The Phoenix team and feels that he has found his calling in life. He enjoys helping those that struggle with mental illness and drug addiction and loves to see their growth and change. When he isn’t busy with work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, watching sports, singing, playing video games, and finding new hobbies.
